Today could be the final day of testimony in the involuntary manslaughter trial of Michael Jackson's doctor. Testimony from defendant Dr. Conrad Murray is up in the air. He says he'll make that decision today.

A small jet carrying the owner of NASCAR’s top team and his wife crash-landed at Key West Florida airport. Rick Hendrick and his wife Linda both suffered minor injuries. The pilot and co-pilot were also taken to the hospital as precaution.

Secretary of the State Hillary Clinton has cancelled the trip to London and Turkey and will instead stay in Washington because her mother is falling ill. The nature of 92-year-old Dorothy Rodham’s illness has not been released.

There are still close to two million customers without electricity in parts of the Northeast as it tries to recover from a surprise October snowstorm. At least 21 deaths are blamed on the storm.
