Carla Bruni，68年12月23日出生在意大利的都灵。5岁来到巴黎。19岁时为了成为一名时装模特她放弃建筑艺术的学习。95年对职业模特有了初步的经验，曾经参加过Christian Dior, Paco Rabanne, Sonia Rykiel, Versace等著名服装设计师的时装表演。同年，她咽了一生中第一个角色，在导演Richard Leacock的《Catwalk》。97年，她放弃了模特生涯，同年接受导演Alain Berberian的《Paparazzi》。2002年末，Carla Bruni推出第一张专辑《Quelqu'un m'a dit》（有人对我说），经过Louis Bertignac的指导，绝大部份的歌词和歌曲都是Carla Bruni亲自创作。相信很多人对她的样子也很有印象，喜欢Chanel、Prada、CD等时尚品牌的朋友甚至对她十分熟悉。这位年赚750万的世界超模Carla Bruni(卡拉布妮)转战流行音乐市场，加盟法国著名唱片naive，凭她独有的才华，创出全世界销量突破100万张之令人惊叹的成绩。
