1. Cut down on your tea and coffee. Instead sip on some lime juice mixed with a spoon of honey. 

2. Munch on some nuts that will help your brain work faster as well as better. It will keep you away from the stress. 

3. Drink lots of water. Water is the best solution on reducing stress and depriving sleep. 

4. Take some time out when you are unable to give your best in work. Listen to some music which refreshes your brain.

5. Talk to your colleagues. Sometimes we just want someone to listen us.
