Darrick Borowski和Danny Orenstein在纽约East Village studio设计的这间舒适的公寓，充分利用了每一寸可用的空间为业主创造了一个实用的工作及生活环境。

从进门后，从左到右依次为卫浴、厨房，经过极短的走廊后是客厅和书桌。客厅左手边通过添加错层增加了卧室。为业主的个人休息区域腾出了空间。（中文解说来自每日小抄的网易博客）
