President Barack Obama is in Seoul for a meeting of the G20 nations. The president says he expects there to be a broad agreement on how to achieve balanced and sustainable economic growth. Obama stressed a strong US economy is essential for a global recovery.

The Carnival cruise ship Splendor is expected to return to San Diego today. The cruise ship has been without power since Monday when an engine room caught fire. The ship is carrying nearly 4,500 people. Two tugboats are pulling the Splendor back to port.

RealtyTrac says foreclosure listing dropped 9% last month, the sharpest margin this year. That’s because several major lenders temporarily halted most or all foreclosures amid allegations they were handled improperly.

The 19-year-old dubbed the Barefoot Bandit has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Seattle. Colton Harris-Moore faces charges of interstate transportation of a stolen aircraft and being a fugitive in possession of a firearm. Officials say he’s responsible for a string of thefts from Washington State to the Caribbean.
