The couple, who married in May 2014, already have daughter North, four, and one year old son Saint.

After suffering with medical complications with her first pregnancies, Kim had been told by a doctor it was too risky for her to carry her own child again.

During her latest interview Kim said on the subject of a third child, reportedly with a surrogate: "We're definitely trying. We are hoping so."

She added: "There have been a lot of things said and Kanye and I have not confirmed anything."

"I think I always knew that surrogacy was an option, but I didn't think it was that realistic of an option, and now I feel like that's my reality," Kim said back in April.
