This is AP News Minute.

A new poll from The Associated Press and GfK finds people about evenly split on whether health care reform should be scrapped or revised. But just 15% said it should be left the way it is. The poll finds 37% wanting to repeal the law.

The Obama administration wants to give Pakistan $2 billion to buy American-made weapons and supplies over 5 years. Congress will be asked to approve that aid. That’s amid concerns that Pakistan isn’t fully committed to fighting extremists along the Afghan border.

It’s back to rehab for Lindsay Lohan. A judge in Beverly Hills has decided not to send the actress to jail, instead, to stay at the Betty Ford Center until January avoiding jail time if she stays clean.

And Zoo Atlanta’s 13-year-old giant panda is pregnant with her third cub. Lun Lun is expected to give birth early next month. If all goes as planned, the cub would become the only giant panda born at an American zoo so far this year.
