It does not hurt to get involved into some real life activities and experience. 多参加点生活实践倒是没有什么害处。
1.It does not hurt (to) ：（做某事）不会有什么损害，无妨，无不可，无不妥 例句：It wouldn't hurt you to help with the housework occasionally.（你应该偶尔帮忙做做家务。） 2.Get involved (into)：涉及，介入，参与 例句：He didn't want to get involved in it.（他不愿意牵在这里头。） 3.Real life：现实生活；日常生活 例句：Darling, you see, this is real life.
