Police have retrieved a second body from the Delaware River in Philadelphia. Authorities did not immediately confirm that the body was that of 21-year-old Hungarian man. He’s been missing since a duck boat was hit by a barge and sank on Wednesday.

The largest spy swap since the Cold War is a done deal. The U.S. has turned over ten Russian spies, while Russia gave up four Russians convicted of spying for the U.S. The exchange happened at Vienna’s airport and took about 90 minutes.

Oakland is cleaning up after protesters took to the streets when a former BART officer was convicted of involuntary manslaughter. Oscar Grant was shot in the back by Johannes Mehserle while he laid face down on a train platform. Crowds were angry that verdict was non-second-degree murder.

And police in the Bahamas believe a fugitive American teenager dubbed the “Barefoot Bandit” may have fled to another island. It’s not clear how 19-year-old Colton Harris-Moore might have escaped, but a powerboat is reported stolen.
