第二首单曲《Gotta Be You》于2012年一月6日发行，在英国单曲榜最高排名第三。同一天，One Direction以《One Thing》为第二单曲发行于英国和爱尔兰之外，借此在许多欧洲国家做宣传。在2012年2月13日，《One Thing》在英国以第三单曲的身份发行，最高排名第九，是《Up All Night》专辑中第三首打入前十的歌。
