Nick Frost as Bruce Garrett, a man who gave up a promising career as a natural-born dancer years ago after being bullied as a teenager. Now out of shape and unloved, he’s trapped in a boring job and a spiral of self-pity. The one light in his life is Julia (Rashida Jones), who is his new boss: a smart, funny, gorgeous American. But though Bruce develops a big crush on Julia, he has to contend with Drew (O’Dowd), the alpha male of the office who also has his eyes on her. So Bruce decides to face his biggest fear and, with help from his sister Sam (Olivia Colman), get back on the dance floor.
