NBC has finally set a premiere date for their new drama "Awake," starring Jason Isaacs. The dual reality drama will premiere on Thurs., March 1 at 10 p.m. EST, replacing ratings-challenged "The Firm," which will move to Saturdays at 9 p.m., beginning Feb. 11.

From executive producers Kyle Killen ("Lone Star") and Howard Gordon ("Homeland"), "Awake" is a drama about Detective Michael Britten (Isaacs) who finds he’s living two parallel lives. He’s involved in a car accident that seems to have killed both his son (Dylan Minnette) and wife (Laura Allen), yet his mind creates an ingenious coping mechanism in which he now lives two separate lives -– one where his wife survived and the other where his son did.

Trying to regain some normalcy, Michael returns to solving crimes in both worlds with the help of two different partners, Detective Isaiah "Bird" Freeman (Steve Harris) and Detective Efrem Vega (Wilmer Valderrama). Michael is assigned a different case in each reality, but he will quickly discover that his dual existence in parallel universes is actually a powerful tool, as the cases seem to be connected.

Until "Awake" premieres, NBC will air repeat episodes of "Grimm" on Thursdays at 10 p.m.,

《异度觉醒》被称作电视剧版《盗梦空间》。尽管两者都和梦境有关，但情节上存在很大不同。《异度觉醒》的主人公是一位名叫Michael Britten的警探。在经历一场车祸之后，Michael发现自己生活在两个世界当中，再也分不清现实和梦境。剧集由《孤独的星》制作人Kyle Killen和《24小时》制作人Howard Gordon开发。

为了找回生活的感觉，Michael决定回到警察局工作。尽管这和以前没什么不同，但他在两个世界里的警察搭档是两个完全不同的人－－一边是Isaiah "Bird" Freeman警探（Steve Harris扮演），而另一边是Efrem Vega警探（Wilmer Valderrama扮演）。
