春天感觉才刚刚开始,夏天怎么就等不及的想要冒头了呢,在这个季节大家是不是都想吃点酸酸甜甜水水的东西呢?今天的【我爱卡路里】就教大家一道简单的鲜橙甜菜根沙拉,既爽口又能让懒人们不费劲也能享受到美食,何乐而不为呢~

Ingredients
原料

2 Cooked Beetroot, cut into 4mm thick slices
2个 即食甜菜根,切成4毫米厚片

2 Oranges
2个鲜橙

1 tbsp Flat parsley leaves, chopped
一大勺切碎的欧芹叶

3 tbsp Orange juice
三大勺橙汁

1 tsp Honey
一小勺蜂蜜

20 ml Olive oil
20毫升橄榄油

Salt and fresh ground Pepper
适量的盐与鲜磨黑椒

1 tbsp Red onion, finely chopped
一大勺切碎的紫葱

10个刺山柑

Preparation
制作步骤

1. Slice the cooked beetroot into 4mm thick slices. Peel the oranges, removing the white pith and slice into 4mm slices.
甜菜根切成4毫米的厚片。鲜橙剥皮,撕去白色经络,切成4毫米厚片。

2. Place orange juice, honey, olive oil in a jar, season with salt and pepper. Close the lid and give it a good shake. Add in chopped red onions and capers. Mix thoroughly.
将橙汁,蜂蜜,橄榄油放入一个瓶子,加盐和黑椒调味。将盖子拧紧摇匀。加入切碎的紫葱和刺山柑拌匀。

3. Arrange the orange and beetroot slices alternately in a row on a serving platter. Pour the dressing over and sprinkle the chopped parsley on top. Serve immediately.
将切好的橙片和甜菜片交替成行装入盘内。淋上备好的香橙汁,洒上切碎的欧芹。
