Another Hollywood marriage bites the dust, as "True Blood" star Rutina Wesley is taking steps to end her union with actor Jacob Fishel ("Without a Trace").

TMZ reports that Wesley filed divorce papers on Tuesday (Aug. 20) to initiate the end of her 8-year marriage with Fishel, citing irreconcilable differences. It's fair to say that Wesley has reached greater acting success than her husband, but she's reportedly requested that the judge reject any claim he may make for spousal support.
