We’ve been waiting patiently all summer — even if it hasn’t officially begun yet — for news of The Originals. The Vampire Diaries spin-off snagged some of our favorite characters, and we’re dying to know what will happen with the supernatural siblings. Luckily, we should get some intel from the set soon, because the new CW show will begin filming in July.

July 12, a Friday, is 23 days from now. We’re guessing everyone will fly into Atlanta, get settled over the weekend, and then start work on Monday, July 15. Hopefully by then Joseph Morgan will have wrapped up his work on Dermaphoria, the new movie he’s starring in.
