一、租房场景分析

特点：

这个部分的主要题型为填空题和选择题，例如，个人信息填空、表格填空题和句子填空等。在个人信息填空所考察的主要是登记人姓名、日期、地址，住宿时间，住宿类型，个人爱好

个人爱好，饮食习惯，其他住宿要求等等。

填空题的特点：

1. 主要为常见姓名、专有名词、数字的拼写，具体包括姓名、日期、地址、租金、住宿时间和住宿类型等

2. 准确性要求很高，单词的拼写，大小写

解题技巧：

考试前熟悉题型，注意拼写，检查语法错误。这个部分需要个把听力内容和个人常识结合起来进行。例如：人名的拼写，名词单复数，专有名词首字母大写等。

选择题目特点：

3. 这个部分的选择题比较简单，主要考点为、个人爱好、饮食习惯、其他住宿要求等，

答案都在原文中直接给出，采用排除法就可以找到正确答案。

通过l like young children, but 这个句子我们可以判断，A是错误的，通过这句I like animals; vegetarian我们可以推断出C错误，题目要求选出两个正确地选项。

用排除法，剩下的B,D为正确的答案。

通过这个题目的解析，我们可以看出，在对话中我们需要关注的是这种QA形式的对话，注意A部分一些转折词汇，例but, however后面的信息。这也就是所谓西方人直爽后面的故事。

总之，比起其它几个场景来说，租房场景的题目比较简单，但是这个部分也是最容易丢分的，因为其琐碎性导致。考生需要在考试之前熟悉这类型题目，考场上认真做答。
