Nowadays, with the rapid development of our society, shopping online becomes increasingly popular. People can buy almost everything through the Internet. Compared with buying products in physical stores, shopping online is much cheaper and convenient.

The growing popularity of online shopping also brings a boom in delivery express service. But there also arises many problems which are needed to be addressed. Firstly, it is not rare that the customers’ personal information is leaked for commercial purposes, which may throw the customers into danger. Secondly, it is often the case that the parcels are damaged or lost due to careless delivery, which really bothers the customers. And more importantly, excessive usage of tapes brings great damage to the environment. So regulations on delivery express service is urgently needed.
