Angel Investment 就是天使投资的意思，比如你有一个不错的想法，但团队、产品啥的还没有，你就可以去找天使投资人说：“给我100万，我给你20%的公司股权。”因为这个阶段你啥也没有，风险很大，所以就把这个阶段的投资人比作天使投资人。

我们来看2个例句：

Angel Investment which was originated in 1900's Broadway is developing rapidly in Occident and emerging Asian countries nowadays.

天使投资起源于19世纪的纽约百老汇，目前在欧美及亚洲新兴国家和地区得到了迅速发展。

Compared to developed countries, angel investment in our country is still at the starting stage.

与发达国家相比，天使投资在中国尚处于萌芽阶段。
